Where's my tickets!!!

I know its probably too early to get stressed about this but I can't help it. We fly out on the 22nd :banana: with Virgin Holidays booked through Thomas Cook. On all previous Virgin holidays we've had our tickets about 3 weeks before our departure date. This time we were told it would be 14 days before, we're now down to 12 days and they haven't arrived. I spoke to Thomas Cook this morning who said they would arrive 7 - 10 days before we go. Is this normal? Is there anybody out there travelling at the same time who already have their tickets?
I'm just a bit concerned that its not leaving very much time in case there is a problem with the tickets, wrong name, wrong resort etc, that needs to be sorted. I'm ready to go with everything else, the cases are out (and have been since Easter!!!), clothes are ironed, all other tickets have been received. The holiday tickets are the only things left not sorted and more importantly when we get them it signals that we are on the final countdown!! :banana: :banana: :Pinkbounc :banana: :banana:
 
We booked a flydrive last year with Virgin (and again this year) and the tickets arrived about 2 weeks before we flew, when I paid my balance recently they told me 7 - 10 days before date of flight. Hopefully everything will be fine but I do agree this doesnot leave much time if any errors are made!!
 
I have received them as late as 5 days prior to departure - that was hairraising I can tell you - and as early as over a month! I'm sure they'll be with you soon.
