Where's my Refund????

We're still waiting on our federal as well (DH still needs to do state!). It was done in the middle of February. DH isn't awake so I don't know what day it is estimated to be deposited on.

We filed our Fed/State the first of Feb. Received the Fed refund within three weeks. Still waiting for State but I live in North Carolina. Our great governor is holding refunds like she did last year...she's got to go!

we did e-file with our taxes, got the federal back but still waiting on state. I was a bit worried but since I read the post from another North Carolinian I guess I shall continue to wait but that "your refund is being processed and everybody who is due a refund will receive a refund" message is getting a bit old considering I filed taxes on Feb 3

Ours is even worse. Our form was mailed in and picked up February 21. I just checked it and it said that it is processing and should be received by April 6. And that is with direct deposit!

Gee guys, thanks for the speediness.

I don't want to hear that. I mailed ours in on Feb. 18th and the website still isn't showing anything. We have the $8K first time homebuyers credit though. Argh ... I hope we aren't look at May!

Ours got delayed by an extra 10 days because tax act made an error on my dh's lifetime earning credit. The IRS delayed it to give us more money (so no I didn't complain!)

OP - I wouldn't worry yet. The same thing happened to me. When I filed with TurboTax, they said refund would be Feb 26. I went to Where's my refund? and IRS said March 2 (I think they allow 3 business days for deposit to go into your account.) Anyway, March 2nd came - no refund. So I went back on the irs site and it was changed to March 9. Like you, I began to worry. But, on Friday, March 5, our refund was in our account. So, I would at least wait until the 16th to do anything.
