Phone DCL, or use contact us on their website. If you email give details of your cruise, address and home address.

You can just call the DCL 800 # and they will help you... We never got cards after our first cruise & I called at some point after we booked our 2nd cruise and they got them sent out to me. It had been a couple of years so they can find you... Took the cards with us but didn't need them for anything...they just knew we were repeat guests and our gift was waiting in our room. They also knew we were DVC members and they placed big magnets on our door... It's just more Disney magic!

Biggest advantage to being a CC member is being able to book Palo and excursions early.

I just heard yesterday that DCL is no longer sending cards in an attempt to be more "green".

You have an ID number, but need to call them if you want it. They are not sending out cards anymore. We cruised in November of 2008 and booked our October 2010 cruise a few weeks ago and Disney had all of our information on file already....so they know you are a Castaway Club member, you just don't get a card anymore!

We cruised in October 2008 and about a month ago I emailed DCL just to ask if we would be getting them. Same deal, going green they don't issue the cards anymore but they gave us our numbers which we will use for our October 2010 cruise
It took about a day to get the reply.

My husband's info is on our Disney Cruise Line log in on the website. Will they know that i am also a member or do I need to get my ID number? Does it even matter if we are both members?
