Where's Mickey?

Are there any character meals with Mickey like in WDW? We have been reading about character meals and he's never mentioned. Is there anywhere else you can see him besides park appearances and Toon Town?

As far as I know the only place he makes an appearance for eating is at the Plaza Inn Birthday celebration. Not at the other character meals. Which is a bummer!

We often see Mickey on the end of Main Street around the area of front of the Great Momments with Mr Lincoln attraction. There is no schedule for him to be there but we have gotten some great pictures with our DS and him there on more than one occassion.
