Where's Mickey in Disney Store?

Has anybody noticed that even although 'it all started with a mouse' he doesn't seem to figure very strongly in the Disney Store?

The last time I was in I was looking for a Christmas Mickey Mouse beanie ... there is no such thing Winnie the Pooh and chums seem to have the monopoly. I have nothing against the bear but you would think that Mickey would be somewhere!!

Looks like I will have to wait until my holiday next year to find some Mickey stuff. I suppose that will give me plenty time to save up

I'll tell you a dirty little secret. Pooh outsells Mickey ten to one.

No surprise there then! Although they could at least have a few token Mickeys for the minority. At least there is eBay

I too have noticed that over the last couple of years our Disney Store has become a Winnie-the-Pooh store! Mickey doen't seem to feature except on boys' clothing.

However the card shop, Birthdays, seem to be doing a range of Disney products this year. They even have Mickey, Minnie and Goofy beanies dressed in red Christmas outfits. I don't know how the quality compares to the Disney Store but it may be worth a look.
