Where's Bert?

DD 2 loves Bert from Mary Poppins. She has met Mary Poppins twice in Epcot near the United Kingdom. Does anyone know if Bert is ever with her? Or, any where else for that matter?

Bert seems to rare to find. I've only seen him once about 3 years ago at the hat at MGM when they use to have a lot of the face characters appear there. I've heard you can sometimes find him at 1900 Park Fare breakfast on the weekends and occasionally with Mary Poppins in Fantasyland during the summer, but that's about it. Wish he was out more.

Didn't see him available anywhere for autographs this past September, but he is in the MGM Stars and Motorcars parade in a car with Mary Poppins.

Gosh, Bert is a rare one, for sure! Like Meeko said, I saw him once by the Big Hat at MGM, but those cool characters like Bert don't seem to get out much anymore there, if at all. I do know someone who saw him at the 1900 Park Faire breakfast, but that was two years ago. I did see Bert at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party back in December, but that was a special event. I have heard of rare sightings of him in Fantasyland with Mary Poppins, but he is hard to find, no doubt about it!

You could ask at Guest Services if Bert is meeting that day, but sometimes they just don't know anything about the rare characters. Well,who knows - maybe you will get lucky!

Us too. He was in the lobby with Mary Poppins for the Breakfast with Mary Poppins and friends, but this was back in October 2003....

This was weird, and I am sad because I was filming at the time, but during MVMCP holiday fireworks for the party, him and Mary Poppins and 2 penguins were just strolling down Mainstreet on the side during the show. I was tempted to stop filming and go to them, but by the time I turned back around, they were long gone. Everyone was watching the fireworks, so hardly anyone went up to them. I was sad I missed that grouping opportunity!!!

We rode the carousel once with Mary Poppins, Bert, and the penguins. After the ride, they were hanging out in Fantasyland for autographs, pictures, etc.

We have seen him with Mary Poppins and the Penguins at MK once. He is also in the MGM Stars and Motor Cars Parade.

I didn't realize he was so rare. I'm glad we got him when we did (2002). The picture we have of him is with a penquin in front of Dumbo ride. We have many of Mary Poppins and he is not with her any of those times.

When we had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare in Sept. 05, they told us Bert was no longer there.

We saw Bert in March with Mary Poppins outside the exit of the Judge's Tent in MK. It was the first time I had ever seen them in the parks.
