Where's a good place to look for a job?

I have been consulting for a few months now and after the holidays, I will be ready for a full time position. I am non-techincal, professional management with over 22 years of purchasing and negotiating experience. Over 10 years managing a staff.

I check Monster and Careerbuilder, but am I missing any good search engines? I have a friend who's a recruiter and have been actively looking for a short time.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
