Where's a good place to go out for drinks??

My DH and I will be at WDW in September with our daughters an my parents. One night we want to go out (by ourselves like grown-ups) I hear Pleasure Island is not like it used to be... where else is fun? How late do these places stay open??? Thanks!!

Hi there! I'll be there in september too, with my mum and brother, and have been looking up places for drinks, so far I think the new resturant in dowtown disney called paradiso 37 sounds like a fun! it boasts an international wine bar, 37 varieties of tequila and 10 signature frozen margaritas

Is open Sunday -Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. - Friday and Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.

I haven't been yet so can't say how good it will be..but it looks wonderful!

never been to Paradiso 37 but I think the best place at DTD is Ragland Road......very good Beer and usually some entertainment. After that, in that area I would recommend House of Blues....they have a pretty good outside bar with entertainment. My best option though would be at the Boardwalk. I would suggest walking around the Boardwalk with a Beer and checking out the different shows they have going on andf then heading into Jellyrolls which is a fantastic Piano bar or a late night dinner at the ESPN club.

Since the Adventurers Club is closed now, I would definately do Raglan Road. Very entertaining.....

I couldn't agree more with jelly rolls, it's a late night open till am but it's the best adult show at disney. My DW and I met up with several DISer's last year and haven't stoped talking about it since.....

Jellyrolls is great fun! We also like to tour the resort hotel bars. Our favorites are: Belle Vue Room (Boardwalk), Mizner's (Grand Floridian), Territory Lounge (Wilderness Lodge) and Victoria Falls (Animal Kingdom Lodge). You could certainly combine a beer on the Boardwalk, a drink at Belle Vue and Jellyrolls for a fun evening out!

Yes you can. at HoB just take a seat at the outdoor bar and watch the musicians play. . .Its kinda fun. . .

Bobk it is till fun though esp'ly when you are with friends... last Saturday night we were there and just reconnecting with friends was great!!! And it was still busy but nI agree not as crowded...

Can never go wrong as long as you are in Disney property and great company!!!

I have to agree with the posts about Boardwalk - lots of choices. We always start at the Belle Vue. But, if you're bar hopping around the Boardwalk, add the bar at the Blue Zoo to your the list. We had a lot of fun there one night. The blueberry infused vodka martini's are great and if you're a fan of oysters, you can slurp a few right there at the bar too.

A better place for drinks would be Citywalk. Lots of places to go and grab a drink and walk around. It is a lot better drinking area then Downtown Disney area or Boardwalk. it is worth the ride.

If you can't make it to Citywalk try Rix ( i think that is the name of it) Coronado Springs hotel in Disney's area. I have heard good things about it but I have heard it can be a little dead because not a lot of people know about it or do not want to make the trip there.

I still think Citywalk is the prefect spot to get your drink on, plus you are close to some other good bars on Sand Lake road. Since P.I. has closed that area is really gone downhill as far as a place for adults to enjoy drinks at.
