where'd the skins go?

i've just been over to the tech board and there's no answers there, where have all the skins gone? i liked my bit of colour, now its just all blue.

I just found it, guess I was still half asleep when I looked this morning....go into user cp then customize profile.

It's changed from how it used to be and now you have to fiddle around changing each bit.
