I think we might go see The Mouse and Mu for my girls B'Day. We are spending that day at SeaWorld then we would come back and go eat and celebrate with cake and Ice cream. Where would be the best place to celebrate and make it lots of fun for her? Any suggestions are helpful.

Thanks

Can't believe no one has posted. :confused3

Depending on what she likes, you could get the Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream.
Or how about the Garden View Tea at the Grand FL?

Either could be pretty good! :cool1:

If you are talking about Ice cream either Beaches and Cream at the Boardwalk or Ghirardelli in Downtown Disney, both are great places for ice cream!

But if you were planning on eating dinner back at Disney, then maybe you could try 1900 Park Fare with Prince Charming and Cindy. Or Cinderella's Royal Dinner in the castle would be great! :goodvibes

The castle would be perfect! Or Crystal Palace, or Chef Mickey's!
Those would be the choices for my DD9!:goodvibes

Based on your description, I assume that you don't want to go into the parks for dinner? If that's the case I would suggest the following places:

1900 Park Faire- good food, character interaction and you can order chocolate cinderella slipper from the GF bakery (they can put her name on the plate)

Ohana- nice family atmosphere, if you time it right, you can watch fireworks from the restaurant

Chef Mickey's- very lively place with characters, buffet style meal

Most of the restaurants have cakes to order, you might want to call them and see. there are many pictures of cakes in the cake thread. DD will have her 9th birthday at WDW, so I am thinking about a Hannah Montana cake, if they can do that

Thanks for all the replies.

I don't mind going to a park to eat. We would like dinner too.

I think the castle would be a nice place to celebrate a birthday:wizard:

Cindy's Royal Table for either lunch or dinner is where I took my twins for their 10th and 11th b-day.....it's their favorite. They are older now but I think the princess party at I believe the restaurant in Norway sounds very nice too.

We celebrated my DD's birthday at the castle. It was great and the highlite of my trip.

A few weeks before, we mailed her an invitation from Cinderella inviting her to the castle, she was thrilled to get that in the mail. The breakfast was wonderful and she got a lot of attention from Cinderella and Prince Charming as well as the other CM's.

They had confetti and streamers all over the table. They gave her a signed Birthday card and a cupcake. I bought DD a snow globe with the castle inside and wanted Cinderella to give it to her. Of course, she is not allowed to and I understand that but one of the wait staff handed it to her and told her it was from Cinderella.

This is a few years back, things changed but I would not hesitate to celebrate another BD there again.
