strap on a mask and a tank and dive for them for yourself in the Keys. a quick knife plunge and it's over. cut and clean the tails, and use the rest of the carcass as grouper bait. cook quickly on the grill while watching the sunset over the Gulf with an adult beverage.

Yes sir Lobster season in the keys is really special. Fond memories there. The Islamorada fish house is one of my favorite restaurants. Talk about fesh. I can taste a yellow tail basket and a red stripe just thinking about it!
RobinB, It is normal for some upscale steak houses to do that. They usually bring a cart with samples of the steaks and of course a live lobster. Another place that does that is Mortons but After the Easter dinner we had there you will never hear me say anything good about Mortons. YUCH!
