Hi,

Mom & I will have to go to Orlando for a canine companions for independence interview sometime this year. The interview will take a whole day so why not much a fews days @ Disney? I'll have 73 points to use. I'm thinking @ least 3 days. Hopefully Sunday through Wednesday. No heavy parks just a place to relax & have a little fun. Don't really care where to stay. Would want a studio, HA, non smoking. Please explain choice!!

Haven't been to:
SSR
BWV
OKW

Thanks for the advice & well wishes!

Allison

say SSR. We didnt have much planned for our second week and SSR was great! The grounds were beautiful, the paths were very nice and you'll have quick access to DTD which was great for browsing around.

You can also use the busses from DTD to access other resorts quickly if you want to resort hop or dine.

We really liked the location of SSR.

I'm not sure what you mean by "have a little fun"?

The BW is fun and you can relax both. You can relax in the room or relax out by the two pools (three if you go to BWI side). You can relax out on the BW or in the garden area. You can take a trip to the BW in the evening to watch the BW entertainment and watch the fireworks from the bridge. There's loads of restaurants to go to - even just to pop into Epcot for a snack. Free DVD rentals in the Community Center also. You can even just take the boats on the Epcot/MGM circut and sit in the back and enjoy the view.

No pressures. All relaxing and entertaining.

And not sure what you can/can't do with your hcp, but there are boat rentals over at the Yacht Club, and the two mini golfs on the other side of the Swan are a short distance. And maybe the croquet court will be done by the time you get there.

Hi,

If this were a poll, I'd vote SSR for the reasons LIFERBABE gave. We found the path from DTD to SSR especially nice at night, and I think it's always fun to do some shopping!

Nancy,

No commando style. Maybe 1 or 2 parks and maybe just for night shows!!! Not sure yet. Thanks for your help!
