No dining plan and I think I've narrowed it down to-
*Yachtsmans
*Shulas
*Le Cellier

Now I get to agonize over those three some more.

If it was my birthday I would choose California Grill. Le Cellier is a good choice if you are going to be staying the evening at Epcot.

I'll be in Epcot for my birthday on September 13, and since I did all the planning I decided to book Teppan Edo for my birthday dinner.

I've always enjoyed Japanese steak houses, (it's dinner and entertainment!) so this should be fun. We ate there 2 years ago and really enjoyed it.

I see a lot of people mentioning Le Cellier here, but even though I started to book reservations what would have been 2.5 months ahead of our trip I couldn't get a reservation there! I think because it's a steak house a lot of locals and conventions utilize it. Maybe someday I'll get in there.

But I'm really looking forward to having dinner on my b'day at Teppan Edo! YUM!!!
