Which resort would you choose for a Sunday-Thursday trip. We would like to go in the fall sometime.

Definitely one of the EPCOT resorts - BCV or BWV.

Fall brings the Food & Wine Festival to EPCOT - a wonderful event to have at your doorstep! You would also be close to the evening activity on the Boardwalk and within walking distance of many fine restaurants.

Best wishes -

Headed to BCV in Dec for our anniv. trip! Just a 5 days as well.. not nearly enough time. We usually go in Nov, been in Oct once, that was great with MNSSHP, the week before Thanksgiving is great too.. good weather, low crowds, and as the resorts and park decorate for Christmas, each day is a treat to see what is new!

Probably to either BWV or BCV because of the beautiful location with lots to do if you feel like it. Good luck as you plan! :D

I agree with CarolMN -- BCV or BWV for a Fall closeness to Epcot.

You young lovers, celebrating your 5 day anniversary by taking a trip together. So sweet... but a little excessive isn't it?
:teeth:

I vote for BWV boardwalk view of course. Such a romantic resort. Plus I love their lounge.

Going out on a limb here but I cast my vote for WLV!!

Very quite and romantic nights by the fireplace in the Iron Spike room sipping on hot chocolate after a day at the parks.

Course Im a little partial to WLV anyway. Wheres Granny and all the other WLVers when you need em?;)

I need to toss in my vote for VWL also! DH and I went on a 4 day trip for our 15th anniversary last Oct. It was fabulous.

We spent our 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th at OKW. For our 30th and 31st we were at FW Campgrounds in our motorhome. Probably will be staying there for many years to come, if she wants to.

A 1 BR at OKW, the only on site DVC with a 2 person tub. You did say anniversary trip right?

Bill , I like the way you think.

Are the WDW DVC resorts more romantic and relaxing than Vero or HH?

I think that depends on what you want out of the trip. If I were going on an anniversary trip with DH, I would like to sit by the pool, on the beach, or in the tub with a perpetual margarita and not have to do anything at all except spend time with DH quietly.

We just got back from an anniversary trip to HH. We splurged on a 1 bedroom just for the 2 of us. It was wonderful! Really didn't want to do the parks, we wanted quiet time together. We sat on the porch and had long talks, used the Jacuzzi, reserved the private dinner from Chef Gordon (Sooooo worth it!!), drove around the Island a bit. very peaceful and loving trip. I highly recommend it. The dinner with Gordon alone was worth the trip.

Also there were balloons and a card in our room when we arrived which was very sweet.

2 average size adults can fit in the jacuzzi in the one bedroom at BWV. And if it's a little snug so what--it's your anniversary! ;)
