Where will you NEVER eat again?

We've had great meals at Tony's-mostly steak and the pistachio creme brulee is awesome. I think people don't love the marinara there.

Not a big fan of Boma at dinner-just not like the sweet taste to every meat they add. Trying b-fast there next time.

Biergarten. We just don't enjoy buffets, and apparently we don't like German food! The entertainment was pretty cute and we enjoyed sharing our table with some great folks. Beautiful theme inside.

We just didn't like the food. To each his/her own, eh?

K

Me too!!! My family all enjoy the food but I just don't like it. The beer is pretty good, though, and it's fun. Sadly, you can't just go in and pay for a beer and skip the buffet. That's what I'd vote for.:cheer2:

you can just go in and have a beer...or two! We've shared our table with people who just wanted to get in our of the weather and relax with an adult beverage!

Huh? Well, live and learn... I never knew I had the option of not paying for the buffet. And we aren't novices at Disney, either. I usually order beer and pick at a plate of something I recognize.

Thanks! I'm sure the family will want to eat there again.

Garden Grove. Could hardly stomach any of the food. Ended up eating more dessert than intended to get some food in me because all of the other food I would normally have liked was either too spicy or just kind of bland.

The Wave. Combination of food that is not our thing, and bad memories of that trip and our travelling companions!

The Liberty Tree...if I want nasty frozen Stouffer's food, I can buy it in my local grocery store for a lot less than they charge!

The CS location at Mexico in Epcot ( La Hacienda?). Food was cold inside and the sauces were so spicy that everyone's nose was running. I've never been so disgusted. Oh...and it was $14.99 with a coke. They only offered a large coke. Guess they knew that the spicy food would warrant huge gulps of something to drink.

Narcoossiss used to be really really good but you are right, it is pretty mediocore now...
Its a good thing though, cause since this restaurant has gone to the way side it has actually helped us discover our new favorite restaurant that is the best of the best of all of WDW for seafood....Flying Fish.
Everything about this restaurant is 5 star..thanks narcoossiss for helping us discover this

Narcoossee's!! Bad service, mediocre food, overpriced....

There are three WDW restaurants that left me less than impressed. Two I would give a second chance on if my family wanted to (Tony's & Coral Reef). One I won't budge on is Liberty Tree Tavern Inn. Just blah Stouffer's t.v. dinner style food. The only thing that drew me in to begin with was it was a character meal. Now that the characters are gone, so are we. There's nothing left there to lure me in.

Planet Hollywood. Terrible service, loud atmosphere, and the food was just blah.

Plus the way they have you wait for a table is just awful.

Wolfgang Puck in Downtown Disney. I was so disappointed we wasted a table service there and a dinner during our stay. It was awful compared to all of the other options we had. Never again!!!

Coral Reef. My whole family likes to eat. The meals were tiny and expensive. They weren't good, either. Service was shotty. We went for the experience, and they stuck us in the corner away from the tank. We did not enjoy ourselves at all. Maybe one day I'll return when its just me and my boyfriend and if I'm on the Dining plan. But paying out of pocket is definitely not worth it.

Not that I know you or anything, but this sounds like an allergy. Since there is mostly fish at this CS restaurant it could be shellfish.
A family member,in their 30's just in the last couple years became allergic
to shellfish, her ankes swell and she gets a rash when she used to eat shellfish.

I had never known that such kind of allergy such as this could become at such a late time in life..I had always thought allergies came in young age.

I had a shellfish allergy come on very suddenly when I was 21.

We had taken my dad to an all you can eat seafood restaurant in the Florida keys for Father's Day.. I filled up that day. This was nothing new to me. I'd practically grown up in the Keys. I ate so much crab, lobster and shrimp that my dad would have to pull me away from our friends table.

That night, I went back to my apartment and went to bed. Well, I woke up at about 2 in the morning and every part of my body was swollen. I ended up in the hospital and they pumped me full of Benadryl and lots of other drugs.

Now, the only food I can eat when we go to a seafood restaurant is oysters, clams, steak and fish. Nothing else. I have to notify the waiters about my allergies before I order. It's a pain in the neck, but I would much rather do it than have a reaction.

I carry my epi-pen with me everywhere. I make sure that my friends know how to and where to use it.

So, yeah, allergies can happen at a later age.

I know everyone has their opinions and so this one may shock some people, but the one disney restaurant I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK TO is Coral Reef. We went there back in 2008 - our first trip to Disney. We had a very rude server who actually argued with me when I informed her that she served my daughter rancid broccoli. Seriously - rancid - tasted like it had gone bad a long time beforehand. The rest of our food was ok - but the server really put a damper on things. Seemed put out when we told her at the beginning we were on the dining plan, and made a big point of circling the suggested gratuity amounts right in front of us when she dropped off the check. We asked for a manager but they never came by. Never again....

I too have food allergies, odd ones too. It seems each year I pick up a new one. The CM's at Disney World have always been insistent that I tell them before I order (I sometimes forget :confused3). One of them remembered a year later :thumbsup2 .

That does not shock me. We had a so-so meal the last time we were there, but I've seen many negative reviews for it recently. I've left it off the list for our August trip.

All star movies food court. I got serious food poisoning from a hamburger the day before we drove home. 10 drive= 10 hours of my head in a garbage bag. Went to the er for glucose as soon as we got home.

Ohana's service was terrible the last time we were there in Dec. our server wouldn't even bring our apps. I will go back for the food but if the same server waited on us, there might be a scene.

Wonder if we had the same server. The same thing happened to us when we went to Ohana. She also was confrontational with one of my table mates when she told her she was drinking tea - not the refill of lemonade she poured from a pitcher into her glass. She snapped at someone else in our group later in the meal about something else, and then she disappeared for a long time. We got a manager and asked to have the automatic gratuity removed (which we have never done before or since). The server returned in a huff and THREW DD's dessert at my husband and slammed the bread pudding down in the middle of the table.

My husband really liked the food and wants to give it another try, so I booked it for October - wish us luck!
