Where will the Adventure sail?

I know the Adventure will not be making any stops on its sailings, but wondering if anyone has an idea of where it will be sailing during the Sea Days. Will it sail towards Kuala Lumpur in the Malacca Strait or out towards Jakarta and cross the equator?

Malacca Strait will provide smooth sailings but crossing the equator would be cool!

It will probably sail where the seas are best and maybe change course each cruise depending on weather.

This. If you're not porting, all you'll see is water, so does it really matter?

I would love to see the lights of Kuala Lumpur or Jakarta if possible as those are two cities I have never been to. Plus crossing the equator would be cool. So it matters a little to me :) But overall calmer seas are the most important.

I'd think it unlikely they'd be close enough to the coast to see anything.

From personal experience, the Straits of Malacca (in order to see Kuala Lumpur) are insanely crowded with vessel traffic and are a nightmare to transit safely. I would not be surprised that on their 'cruises to nowhere', the Adventure would go to the northeast into the South China Sea. While very crowded, the South China Sea has nothing on the Straits of Malacca. If I were her master, that's what I'd do

Each of the arrowheads indicates marine traffic - the different colors are the sizes of the vessels. Took this screengrab at 2046 EST, which is 1046 local

Finally the summer dates are out!!
It's going to be interesting to see how quickly these sell out compared to the first 5 months when they went on sale. Considering the one very vocal naysayer about the Adventure, I can't say I have ever seen all non-concierge rooms sell out for so many cruises so quickly.
