Okay Continuing !!! The next Morning I had planned a treat for breakfast !!We walked over to the Quad and to Has House a Go Go

Here we are all studying the menus


Here the waitress is explaining the menus , she was very helpful and patient , Carol and I always try to take 4 each and help with there selections , actually he ones who cannot read at all are the easiest

This was a western type egg dish with griddled mashed potatoes and biscuit



Tis was my dish , Eggs Benedict with some different sauce , which wasn't the greatist but I scraped it off and the eggs were delish

No potatoes but one HUGE pancake

The food was great and the portions were large especially the Pancakes!!!

Surprising the candy factory didn't give free samples for taking the tour....think it is the first time I have ever heard of one not giving at least a small sample.

The Cactus Garden....interesting....all I could think of was how many snakes are hiding....

Wow, that volcano is something wild!!! Glad everyone enjoyed the day!

Breakfast looked like a great beginning to the following day!

I am really enjoying your Las Vegas trip report! It seems such a fun place!

I am wondering one thing: Do you get a different crowd for a Vegas trip than for a Disney trip for example? One would think different destinations attract different people and I wonder whether this has an influence on your group dynamics?

I am really enjoying your Las Vegas trip report! It seems such a fun place!

I am wondering one thing: Do you get a different crowd for a Vegas trip than for a Disney trip for example? One would think different destinations attract different people and I wonder whether this has an influence on your group dynamics?

Not really, as I said one asked where he was going when he arrived at Buffalo Airport They did all like the slots though !! I still chuckle about their "winnings" Sometimes I do wonder how they chose or IF they do I think sometimes the Managers or staff pick for them

I am not a hage pancake eater whatever the size, but the various flavors were VERY tempting , besdies the 2 falored ones I think their was also mango one

I believe only at night , but am not positive of that. The Fountains also are every hour I believe and we just hit them right, and they were stunning.

We were here for the Circus Act and our timing was perfect




Here we are waiting for the show

From there we headed to The Venetian , where I had whined all morning about doing the Gondola Ride









It was a lovely serenaded ride and we all enjoyed it !!!

Our Last Supper was at Toby Keith's I Love Tis Bar restaurant in Harrah's

So our last day ended after a few more slots .Next morning we were up and final packing checked and we headed to our last meal here

Our shuttle was on time and we were at the airport in plenty of time !! Only to find that the Albany flight was delayed Panic stuck but thank goodness it boarded in time for me to rush over to our plane and join Carol who had saved me a seat Yes that is how close it was!!!! So bye Vegas !Disney here we come !!!

That would be 19 !!!!!!!!Glad you got to visit with me to Vegas !!! It just doesn't hold a candle to Disney!!!!

Seeing as Pat Has offerd to help with the NON GAC plans I am quickly posting the plans for which Parks for which days so sh can get going
So in a nutshell
Day 1 Thursday Oct 17th We leave Buffalo at 8 a and arrive at 10:30 a The Albany 3 arrive at 12:30 a Bummer which is gonna put a strain on us making it to our 4p ressie at Sci Fi We may have to scip it and eat a CS there , we plan to view Fantasmic that night .

Day 2Friday Oct 18th we have a 9:20a ressie at Akerhaus and a 2p ressie at Via I hadplanedon going to MK after Via but notice that MK closes at 7p that night , any suggestions Pat???

Day 3 Saturday Oct 19th AK day followed by DTD and supper at Raglan Road

Day 4 Sunday Oct 20th MK in a.m with cs lunch at BOG We have supper ressie at Garden Grill in Epcot

Day 5 Monday Oct 21st DHS in a.m then MK for last evening with supper at CP at 7 :30p

I will elaborate but wanted to get the plans out there for Pat . Had I known about the no GAC way ahead I think I would do 1 park a day , thus eliminating travel time !! Next year will be better , But I have faith that Pat will be a HUGE help. So post away Pat with your ideas . I know that at DHS some will want RnR and Tot all will want TSM . At MK some will wan Space Mountain and Thunder Mountain , All will want Buzz !! At Epcot Soarin will be the Biggie and at AK Safari for all and EE for some .
