I just got a sad phone call, I am sitting at work trying to keep it together, Judy's boyfriend came over to fix the gutter and found my 17 year old cat dead in the driveway. He was really Judy's cat but seeing at she lived with me for 10 years, my house was home and he stayed when she left. He was an outdoor cat by choice but we knew his days were numbered , I have no idea what happened, weather he just died of old age or if he was hit by a car. I am just so sad I need some Dis Hugs !!!

Thank you Christine !1It is hard being at work, I can't say a thing because one of the girls obsesses on Death , and she would tell everyone how sad she was . She has never seen my cat , and I just don't fel like hearing about How sad she is !!!

It is just heartbreaking when we lose one of our furbabies ...especially so unexpectedly.

I hope you can go home soon and have a good cry for as long as you need to.

I know I have taken a few pix over 17 years just not sure where they are . Inspite of the fact he was an outdoor cat, who basically lived on the porch, had his food and water and a plastic tote we had made up with lots of balnkets to shelter him. He was extremely friendly and loving and was loved by the neighbors as he was sooo friendly, he was my porch partner and it is gonna be soo hard .

Day 3 is our Hoover Dam tour , so far PB is not cooperating even tried Firefox !! So this may be a pictureless update . We will have a quick breakfast at MacDonalds and then catc our tour bus about 10:30 a maybe have time for a few slots !!!
We get to tour the Dam inside and I understand the security is much like the airport. We also get to stop at the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and I am sure buy some chocolate
We have buffet lunch included as the Lake Mead Boat ride is off due to low water levels are to low !! Then we should arrive back at Harrah's around 4p !!
The plan tonight is to eat at Marguerittaville , maybe , then on to Caesars for The free show Fall of Atlantis . Then it is back to Harrah's for the evening !!
Sorry or the lack of pix , bu at least you get the idea . Only 1 more day of planning and I can start on the Disney plans

Today we have the whole day to explore the Strip,


We will start at the Quad with breakfast at The Hash House a Go GO



Not sure if this is the actual Vegas one , but they have some very tempting breakfast plates!!

After breakfast we will head to The Bellagio

The Fountains



Then it is off to

Looks like you found quite a few fun things for your group to do in Vegas. Certainly a lot more than I thought possible since all I typically associate with Vegas is casinos, nightclub shows, and gambling!!! Do you have to be blind to go to the Venetian??? That gondola ride looks like fun, but the guy paddling you along better not be very tall it seems!

I would love to visit Hoover Dam one day!

Glad you will be getting around to your Disney trip plans soon! Can't wait to read all about them!

I'm gradually catching up and have just read your Universal TR. Firstly can I say a massive congrats to Judy, she looks amazing!

Your trip sounded fun and your hotel seemed good. Ellie is desperate to go and see Harry Potter on our next trip (first 2 weeks of July) but as it's the only thing we want to see I'm not sure if it's worth the money

Cruise TR has now been read

It looked like lots of fun, well except the market I wouldn't have liked that! The food looks amazing, I wouldn't have been able to stay away from the desserts

Now about 40 pages of this one to read and I'll be all caught up
