Where will I need to leave my ECV?

Would anyone be able to tell me, in general, where will DCL make me park my scooter if I want to transfer to a regular seat for dining, shows, etc? Back in my room is too far, so I'm hoping that's not the answer. It's awkward to carry a walker while riding a scooter. Thanks.

In the theater, if you wish to transfer to a seat, the scooter will be removed from the theater. It's held just outside on the lower level. Once the show is over, and the crowd has cleared a bit, it will be brought back to you. There are scooter spaces in the theaters on the Dream class ships, that are located in the lower seating area requiring no transfer, if you wish.

Not sure about the dining rooms, but I believe I saw several scooters parked along the wall in the entrance halls to the dining rooms on our past cruise.

In most cases you'll be able to drive right up to your dinner table in the MDR's. One of the CM's will then move the scooter to an out of the way spot. When done, they will bring it back for you.

Yes, a dining room CM will take your scooter and valet park it for you then bring the key back to your table. Just remember that sometimes they fight over who gets to drive it. lol I also had to turn the speed down in mine so that there would be no accidents while they tried to park.

Thank you so much. They probably aren't familiar with putting scooters in and out of free-wheel. Glad to hear they bring the key back.
