Where will I find the code for free dining?

If the rumors become true and they offer free dining to the general public on April 12, I will want to call that morning. But...where will I get the code to give them, or can I just say that I want the free dining code?? We did free dining last year, but we booked through AAA TA. This year, I'd like to call and book straight through Disney.
