I see the Annual meeting is Dec 8th, but is there a time and place yet?

No, nothing announced yet. Last couple of years it has been at the Contemporary. Before that it was at Coronado Springs for at least one year.

CR has a lot of meeting space plus DVC rooms next door. That's the best bet. But DVC won't firm-up the location until shortly before because they can squeeze it into any meeting space on site. In other words, they aren't going to turn down paying customers who want to rent space just because DVC has a room reserved. DVC will take the leftovers.

Well at least it looks like I timed it right for a change. The past few years we have just missed it with our trips. I long for the days when they post the AM date early enough to plan at the 11 month booking window!
