Back in 2002, my husband and I had the rare opportunity to spend the day hopping around from park to park without our (at the time) 2 yr & 4 yr old girls. 
 It was one of those beautiful sunny 80 degree January days when the parks were empty & we could just go from park to park & ride to ride with not a care (or person) in the world!  Around lunch time, we found ourselves in Epcot & we went to Japan.  We walked into a couple of different restaurants looking for a casual & cozy place to enjoy some sushi. We ended up having the best sushi ever in this low-key little bar in Japan.  It may have been part of a bigger restaurant, but I really don't remember??
Now our girls are older (they will be almost 11 & 13) - we think they would enjoy going there ....and we have been dying to get back.....but I have no idea what the name of this place was? The majority of the room was a bar - there may have been a couple of small tables (again, I don't remember - I guess it was the magic of the day
- I was kind of oblivious?!)
