Where to view electrical parade if you have a Wishes Fastpass?

Our children have never seen these events from inside the MK before, and I hoped to snag fastpasses for both, but could only catch them for Wishes. I've read mixed reviews on watching the parade from the new Wishes FP+ spots. Is there a good place to watch the electrical parade and then still make it in time to a good part of the Fastpass area to see Celebrate the Magic and Wishes, or should we just watch it all from the Wishes FP+ area? Is either side better? This should be a (hopefully) very low crowd Wednesday night in September. Also, how early before the parade should we stake out a spot?

We will also be at the Wishes fastpass area on a Wed in Sept. From what I've heard, you can see most of the floats from the Wishes area, but not the people and lower things as you will have people blocking your view. However, you will have a great view of Celebrate the Magic, which I think may be a bigger deal (at least for me). If you try to view MSEP somewhere else, you will likely miss CtM as you try to make your way to Wishes and that movement will also likely be relatively stressful and crowded, even on a low crowd night. During that time there are a ton of party nights, so the nights that MK has MSEP and Wishes will be very crowded, despite being a low crowd time.
After reading a ton of threads on this, here's our plan: we're going to get back to MK from our break before 6 (when MSEP starts at 8), ride Peoplemover and maybe do Monster's Inc, Dumbo, carousel, until around 7:30. Make our way to the Wishes fastpass area in front of the Plaza, grab some ice cream from the Plaza, and enter Wishes fastpass area right before MSEP. Yes, our view won't be great, but the low stress part of it appeals to me more than the perfect view.

I sat in Frontierland, which was great because it wasn't crowded at all and got a great seat. Then I just zoomed through Adventureland straight for Wishes FP+.

Just FYI, your movement after MSEP viewing may be easier than ours. I have 7 & 4 yo with a double stroller, so moving through crowds will not be quick and easy for us.

Will the MSEP start at Splash Mountain like the Festival of Fantasy Parade or start near the front entrance and end at Splash?

Barring highly unusual circumstances, MSEP begins at Town Square in the front and ends at Splash--even if there are two of them on the same night.

It starts at the front of the park and ends in Frontierland. We've watched it from the porch of Pecos Bill's several times. It's much less crowded in that area. Of course, I have no experience trying to get from there to the Wishes FP area, but at least you'd be moving with the crowd.
