Where to use Disney Dollars?

Since the Disney Visa is offering triple rewards, I'm interested in buying Disney Dollars for our trip. Now, I'm just wondering where they can be used? Only at the parks?

You can use them in the parks, the resorts (even to pay for your room), at the World of Disney in DTD and at your local Disney Stores.
