Where is your hotel? There isn't really an option "on the way." You'll have to go slightly out of the way to get somewhere easily accessible, unless you just stop at a 7-11 or gas station or something.

There is a Target down the road on Harbor. If your driver can stop there I’d do that. If not do an order from Target through Shipt and have it delivered to the hotel.

Let your driver know you want to do this as soon as you get in the car so they can take a different route over to Anaheim that is more direct.
