Where to stay?

I'm going to look into Hotel Indigo, but right now I'm looking at Carousel Inn and Desert Palms Hotel & Suites. Anyone have info on those?

As far as I'm aware, most of the hotels on Harbor have external corridors, including Carousel and Desert Palms. Not sure about Hotel Indigo. HoJo is the only one I can think of within an easy walk that has internal corridors, but as you've found out, they don't have anywhere for breakfast. Unless Hotel Indigo turns out to fit all your requirements, I'm not sure you'll be able to find exactly what you're looking for. You'll probably have to compromise on something, whether it's the internal/external corridor thing, breakfast, or location. The fancier hotels seem to be generally more around the convention centre area.

The ART has mixed reviews. Some swear by it, others complain about the scheduling, crowding and long waits. It is also an extra cost. Personally in Anaheim I will compromise on practically anything BUT location. That 5 minute walk back to the hotel at the end of a long day is priceless!

We stayed at Hotel Indigo last month. The walk to Disneyland is less than 15 mins. They DO have indoor corridors, and a restaurant, but they charge for breakfast. I believe there are some packages that include breakfast. Parking is free, and mostly in an underground garage. They also have a nice pool and jacuzzi.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The price was right, and it met our needs quite well.

It sounds great! I was really hoping to get this one through Priceline (it wasn't in my budget otherwise), but I got 'upgraded' to the Red Lion

Sounds like it could really suit the OP, assuming the suites are what they need :thumbsup2
