Where to stay????

OK...we were going to stay at the DLH, but may have to change that due to $$$ reasons....so here are my options and roughly the prices....I am looking for a good hotel, possibly continental breakfast, pool and possibly a good view...GREAT customer service is a MUST! thanks...

Tropicana: $1118.95
Carousel Inn: $1199.45 {standard} $1843.45 {deluxe}
HoJo: $1111.59

or if you have any other suggestions, please feel free to let me know...thanks

i love the ramada inn. don't know what you are looking at with "service" iirc they don't have any type of room service or consicerece(sp) but there rooms are nice and clean. there is a pool and more important a spa. they do have continental breakfst and are a short walk to the park.

We always stay at Desert Inn & Suites, it is located AT the crosswalk that goes to the park, and next door to Dennys. They have an indoor pool, free cont. breakfast, no room service, cant remember if there is a spa or not, but they do offer rooms with indoor spas for an extra fee. Wash and dryers on site. There number is 800.433.5270, or just google them. HTH

We love Desert Inn and Suites! It has everything we need, fridge, microwave, Suites!, continental breakfast. And the Friendliest Staff ever! And they can answer any question you have! They have lugguge lockers for before you check in or after you check out, we had a late flight out, so we stored our luggage and went to DL for a few hours.

it is a package through AAA and my AAA agent is looking into the hotels for me, but I wante dto get some opinions here before I decided

What are your dates of travel? (asking because of HOJO pool refurb).

& to all who've stayed at HOJO & at the crosswalk.....how would having 2-3 little ones (like the OP) affect the decision?

OP...how many stroller seats will you have?

I agree with the other few posters about the Desert Inn and Suites. We have stayed there and were very happy. Nothing extravagent but clean and great service.

Here's another vote for the Desert Inn and Suites. Clean, comfortable rooms, free continental breakfast, and about as close to the crosswalk as you can get (only the Park Vue Inn is closer). Only drawback: It's not a Good Neighbor Hotel.
