Where to Stay??? Value Resorts

We have reservations at the All Star Movies Value Resort for October. I have just been informed that the main pool will be closed during our stay. We had paid extra for the preferred room location and now the pool will not even be open. Does anyone have a suggestion on what Value Resort to change to? I have two small kids so the pool is very important to us. I would appreciate any help you could give. THANK YOU!!!

I would pick POP because it is away from the other value resorts, so there won't be the pool hopping Sports and Music will experience.

You can always use the "quiet" pool at the ASMO. I wouldn't pay for a preferred room as it is would be a waste of money. The All Stars aren't that big..none of the buildings are that far from the food court and bus stops. It is not worth paying the extra money. If the pool is a big deal to you then I would try to switch to Pop Century. Walking over to Sports/Music if you have little ones would be a hassle.

You could stay at ASMo since the themeing is so fun, and hop to ASMu, or Sports. there are 2 pools, are they both closed? We had to hop to sports pool once, from ASMo, (there was a floater) it wasn't that bad.

I hear that ASMu is very nice and quiet but so far I have only stayed at ASmo and POR and we are staying at POP later this month.

We also have a preferred room booked at ASMo. We'll be moving to Pop -or an upgrade. ASMu is nice, but we've stayed there too many times. Sports doesn't seem quite as nice to us. Yes, the second pool will be open, but it will be crowded -as will the ASMu pool.
