My cousin and her family would like to visit WDW next February for about 10 nights. They will need a min. of 3 bedrooms as they have 3 children and Grams is comming too, to help look after the baby.

Where would you recommend? Will it even be warm enough to swim in February?

I have only stayed at WDW resorts so I need help.

try www.vrbo.com

A few years ago I rented a home in Kissimmee had a pool & 4 bedrooms minutes from WDW far cheaper than regular hotel/motel I was nervous at 1st...??? was it legit etc. long story short I emailed & always got receipts for any $$ sent. I stayed in their house over 3 weeks, we became great friends

I would suggest a 4 bedroom pool house in Windsor Hills, Emerald Island or Windsor Palms. A 4 bedroom townhouse with private pool in Encantada or Paradise Palms.
If it was me, I'd look for a 4 bedroom pool house in Emerald Island, or if price is no problem, one in Windsor Hills.
You would have plenty of room for everyone and your own heated pool just outside the patio doors. Even if it is a little chilly you only have a couple of steps and you're in the house.
We've been in Feb/Mar for the last number of years and the weather is usually ok but this year it was chilly everyday that we were there but I still went in the pool at our rental house. Mind you I didn't linger outside once I got out of the pool.

You can find listings on vrbo for all of the communities:
http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/usa/florida/central-disney-orlando/kissimmee
Windsor Hills also has their own site: windsorhillsrent.com
Emerald Island: stayatemeraldisland.com

These are within 5 - 7 minutes of the Animal Kingdom parking lot.

Windsor Hills is #1 , Emerald Island #15, Windsor Palms #13 Encantada #17
Paradise Palms #107

Wow, there sure are a lot of choices even with the list of places you recommended.

Thanks!

Bonnet Creek has 3 bedrooms available. You can find plenty of info about that place in this forum.

There is also the site www.windsorhillsbest.com which is the only owner site now endorsed by the Windsor Hills Master Association. It is run by the owners of Windsor Hills and a very strict verification process is in order tfor an owner be placed on the site, including verification that fees are paid up with the Association.

Try www.loyaltyusa.com. We always rented from them before buying into the DVC. They own their own homes and they are nice people.

I would like to 2nd...er...3rd Windsor Hills. The resort is VERY family friendly and we have been very pleased every time we have stayed there. We have rented there about 7 times over the past 4 years. We love it!
