Hi
I am looking for any and all off site hotels.

Dh is inching closer and closer to saying yes for a trip this November.
So I am pricing it all. I have all the onsite pricing done, so now to price offsite stuff (still unsure if flying or driving)

So any and all positive recommendations, tips etc appreciated!!

No need to be near a specific park, we will be doing a day at each.

We have always stayed on property, but are staying "off property" at Bonnet Creek in October. They have 1-4 BR condos and the resort is pretty much on WDW property. There are a few threads on this board about the resort with pictures and info. We have a 2BR reserved for a week in Oct for $830 total. DH wanted a place with a bit more room, but I didnt want to go off property...so this is our compromise:)
Here is a link to a thread about the resort

We booked through Vacationstratgedy.com

I second this! We were booked with Ken Price at vacationupgrades.com for Nov. but we have had to move our trip and I have not rebooked yet. I plan to book here again though because while it is off site, it is located right by Carribean Beach resort so you can't beat that.

I called a few other hotels at DTD to see what kind of rate I could find and everything was way more than what we could stay at Bonnet Creek for, and all of the Disney Resorts were way more too.

How much space do you need? Hotel room or 1-2 bedroom suite?

The least-expensive path to a hotel room would be priceline for around $50 a night. Look on betterbidding.com for priceline.com and hotwire.com.

Bonnet Creek, as mentioned above, is also a great choice, especially if you need some space. You can also look on ebay for additional timeshare properties, including DVC ones, that may fit the bill.

Hilton at Bonnet Creek, Hilton in WDW, Doubletree Sea World. Pretty much all Orlando hotels charge for parking now.

Make sure you add in you daily wdw parking fee if staying off property.
$14 a day.

I am staying at the Hilton at WDW for $79 a night on an upcoming trip. The hotel is at DTD and offers the EMH and bus service to the parks. I have gotten the Hilton at BC for as low as $109 (Teacher Discount).
