where to stay march 7-10

OK this is the deal. We had never been to disney until this year. We loved it and want to go down again in March but to check out US. Since this is our second trip this year (there are 4 of us me, dh, dd age 6, ds age 4) We want to make the accomidations inexpensive so here is what I need to know...

What hotels are within walking distance from US that are inexpensive but not filthy?

And does anyone know of any deals right now for that time frame.
