Where to Stay for Father-Son Trip?

I'm planning a Father-Son trip with DS4 during the 1st week of April 2011. Currently, I have a BLT studio reserved as that is our home resort. It seems to me that this would be the best DVC resort for this trip because we are close to MK, but I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts or suggestions on what resort they would recommend for this trip. Thanks.

How old is DS4. If young, BLT and proximity to MK is ideal. If older, you may want to consider Boardwalk -- walk to Epcot and Studios, with Epcot resorts and the two parks you are within walking distance of over 20 restaurants.

Assuming you meant he is 4 years old, I'd stick with BLT due to proximity to MK like you mentioned. Wilderness Lodge may be a neat alternative.

I'd stick with BLT too. The boats on Bay Lake can also take you to Fort Wilderness or Wilderness Lodge, each of which are fun to explore.

I agree w/ BLT for this trip. Location and monorail can't be beat for young children.
