We are going on the Magic at the end of January and are planning to stay 2 nights at WDW afterward. We are planning to go to MK one day and are trying to decide where to stay that would be a good location for a relaxing day on the other day (a non-park day). I am holding at reservation at the Dolphin at the $129 rate. So, we would like to stay around that price if we were to switch. Or is our best bet to stick with that? Is there much to do at the Boardwalk on a non-park day?. And/or would somewhere like POR be better because we could take the boat to DTD? Any thoughts or suggestions or tips for a better place to stay? We aren't planning to have a car and there will be two families with kids 5 and under.

Thanks for your help!! :sunny:

I know we love the Swan and Dolphin resort. As far as what to do on Boardwalk it depends on what you like. There are several nice clubs there with different entertainment. I vote you keep the reservation and have a great time.

I would also stick with the Dolphin. You could do a character meal at the Swan or the Beach Club restaurant. If you want to go somewhere you can take the bus to DTD.

You are going to love the cruise. We have been on two and just never have enough time.
