Where to stay before VWL?Moderate or Off.

We will be at VWL for easter.I want to add a feww extra days.
What is the best Moderate resort?
I am leaning towards Coranado springs.
We do not plan on going to parks.
It is Me Wife and two kids 5 and 8.
Any suggestions?Any off site suggestions?
Is there a DVC discount ?

there is only a dvc discount for DVC resorts.

I would go with POR - but that is my long time favorite moderate.

I also love Pop - but if you aren't going to the parks - then go with POR or CSR - both are great resorts.

I like POR because it did have entertainment in the lobby (wed-sun i think).
like the southern feel to the place. love the food court.

CSR definitely has the better slide for your kids. but it is a convention hotel and feels like one to me. but it definitely has stuff to do!!!
