Where to stay at DLP?

Hey guys!!

Thought someone could help. I am planning atrip to DLP with 2 other frinds. We went about 3 years ago and stayed at the Hotel Cheyenne. There are 3 and so need a room with 3 beds!! Is there another hotel near DLP that has 3 beds in a room?? Any ideas?? If we dont stay in a Disney hotel how easy is it to get about?? We will not have a car!! ANy suggestions would be appreciaited!!

Most room in Disney hotels have 2 double beds whereas Cheyenne has 1 double and a bunk bed. I think some of the other hotels have one or 2 rooms with bunk beds but you would need to request these when booking and may not be guaranteed.
Another option would be Explorers - their rooms have a double and 2 singles or you can add a bunk room on as an adjoining room which would give a bit more space and privacy but would be more expensive. Explorers is on the 'complex' with 3 other hotels (Holiday Inn, Kyriad, Dream Castle) just across the road from Santa Fe so still very close. There is a shuttle bus which serves these hotels but it gets v busy as it goes to all 4. It would prob take about 30 mins to walk.
You wouldnt get EMH with these hotels and sometimes the package doesnt include tickets but you can get these separataly.

We have just booked explorers through Benotel and you can book it driect with Disney as it is one of their associated hotels

We had a room with double and bunk beds at the Newport Bay Club, Admiral's Floor, I hadn't requested it, just lucky as DS's hate sharing. If you're interested I could find out the room number for you.
I've also got the number somewhere of a room at the Santa Fe that has or at least had the same set up.

It would certainly be worth a phone call, I'm sure that if you book with Disney direct they will do their best to accomodate your wishes.
