Where to stay....2BR...with a great pool area.

Hi,
Helping a friend plan a trip. I don't know much about offsite.

She needs a clean 2BR with a cool pool area not too far from WDW.

She will be going end of August.....any suggestion would be much appreciated.

BTW...she mentioned Liki Tiki village....dosent' seem to have good reviews.

Check out Sheratons Vistana Resort and Sheratons Vistana Villages. Both have great pools and are close to WDW. We have stayed in both many times.

These probably have the best prices close to WDW. I would also check out Wyndham Bonnet Creek.

Caribe Royale....

Bonnet Creek....Wyndam....vs Hilton...which one is right in disney....is that the one with 2br suites?

The Wyndham Bonnet Creek is in the WDW area though not considered a "Disney" resort. You access it through Disney, however. I haven't stayed there but it gets great reviews. I believe they have 2 BR. Most timeshares in Orlando area do.

Same as Bonnet Creek, Sheraton Resort/Villages.

We stayed at Caribe Royale part of our X-mas trip - in the 2BR villas - they are great! very clean, comfy beds, lots of space. It was to cold to go to the pool, and the villas are far from the main pool (which we looked at and looked great with a cool waterslide). There is a quiet pool right by the villas also. We'd stay there again. Its a hotel, vs a condo, so the cancellation fees etc are not as restrictive as many others. Also get housekeeping every day.

Check mousesavers for some good discount rates, also they run special "one day sales" on their website every Wednesday (we got a great price for xmas week there).

Haven't stayed at any of the others.

Sheraton Vistana Villages and
Sheraton Vistana RESORT?????

They are sister resorts owned by Starwood. Vistana Resort is older but many units have been refurbished,closer to WDW then the Villages. Vistana Villages is on International Drive short drive to SeaWorld. The Villages has been expanding, new units and a new pool designed with kids in mind ie pirate ship. Try the Starwood website lots of pictures of both resorts.

Sounds nice....house has small pool out back. Although she is going end of August....probably more of a hottub
