Where to Start

So, my fiance and I have gotten engaged in March and instead of making elaborate plans on a wedding, we decided to save money, have a tiny wedding and have a LONG honeymoon at Disneworld and Disney cruise line. We are going in September 2010 but I want to plan it right now. What are some things that I can plan to do now? I bought the Disney unlimited book and have made tentative plans on when to stay,how much money but plans keep changing beyond that. What could I do to plan this trip right?
