Where to send letter??

We just returned 2 weeks ago and I am just now getting all the laundry finished and everything put in it's place. We were given a "Magical Memory" by sweet CM named Sarah. I wanted to write a letter of thanks to her boss or someone to acknowledge how she went above and beyond for us to truely make our trip magical. Does anyone know where I should send this letter? Sarah is a seasonal employee (for the last 10 years). Many thanks!
