where to send a complaint?

I too need to talk to someone about problems we're having with DPS...but I do not want to email Stephanie.

Does anyone know who is the manager at DPS?
 

I don't know what the situation is....If you are really dissatisfied, I would send a Fed Ex letter to Stephanie outlining the issues, and send one to Al Weiss the President of Disney World. On the letter that you send to Stephanie make sure it says that you are cc'ing him, and make sure that both letters are sent FedEx, DHL, or whatever. when you get the confirmation you can see who read the letter and follow up with that person.
 
Wow! I am surprised Stephanie would not help. I would email my EM and tell her that you NEED to contact someone there. She should be able to tell you. I think I also spoke with someone named Christine DeMichael (I am not sure of her address). I actually think she helped us sort everything out (for the most part)....Good luck and don't give in! The customer is always right!
