Where to see Stitch???

Well, after being postponed twice, my daughter may finally get her first Disney trip. She loves Mickey (so will definitely eat at Chef Mickeys), but her other huge favourite is Stitch (and Lilo, and Nani, and David, and Cobra Bubbles - she loves to recite the names of her favourite characters). Anyway, if we were going to WDW I would know where to find Lilo and Stitch, but DLP is complete new to us, and this trip is last minute (we would go next week) so I don't have time for my usual months of dedictated research. Can anyone tell me if Lilo and Stitch can be seen in either park, and if so where/when?

We met Stitch in January in the studios park around 10.30am . He was between Cinemagique and the Televsion tours building in the litlle bandstand thing. I've never seen any other Lilo and Stitch Characters but I think they do appear in a summer show.

The only time I have seen Stitch was at The Studios in the summer when there is a Lilo and Stitch show but it is not on just now.

Maybe someone else has spotted him

We met Stitch in Jan 06 in the Disneyland Park. He was quite near to Its A Small World and we got his autograph and had a photo. He was great!

We met Stitch both in The Studios and Central Plaza in the Disneyland Park in December 06.

We've met both Lilo and Stitch in the Studios. It took a few days to get hold of Stitch, seems like every time we showed up he ran away. Hope he wasn't trying to tell us anything....

Here's Claire pin trading with Lilo. She had a lanyard full of Stitch pins and Lilo was very impressed.

Currently Stitch appears in Production Courtyard (next to Cinemagique in the Walt Disney Studios) throughout the day from 10am until 12.50 and again from 14.30 until 16.50. Every 30 minutes.

He also appears from time to time in the Disneyland Park - but I've not got these times to hand as character's appearing at these random "sets" are pretty last minute decisions every week - but you may catch him on Central Plaza near the entrance to Discoveryland at 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1pm and 3pm. But characters at this meet and greet are different everyday so Stitch is not guaranteed.

According to the character listing for this week Lilo is currently "Practising her hula in Hawawii" - so that means she won't be appearing this week - though she may be out next week and if so she'll be most likely in the Studios with Stitch.

But bear in mind character appearances change often at the last minute so ask at City Hall or Studio Services for the very latest info.

Here he is at the Studios. Shortly before this picture was taken, he had picked a little boy's nose, and was about to eat the 'findings'. Instead, he spied Mickey, smeared the findings across his paw, and hi-fived Mickey with it.

I absolutely ADORE stitch! hes one of my favourites. so i was so pleased when i got to meet him in the studios, and hes just as good in real life! i met him at the bandstand also, outside cinemagique. also met coda from brother bear there - another cutie and favourite!

yesterday I watched him at the Magic Kingdom (Florida) while he tried to catch the little birds flying overhead.... he's one of the most amusing characters to watch

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions! Just looking at this thread my 2 year old is saying "Stitch! Where's that Lilo? Stitch and Mickey!" so thanks for posting the pics . Our Feb. trip didn't happen but [sigh] fingers crossed for May {may the pixie dust be with us}.

I think he was on that train with characters that runs through Main Street to Central Plaza. There, the characters get off the train for meet and greets

Another possible place to meet Stitch is at Lucky Nugget Saloon.
We were there on Mon 12th March at lunch time and he was one of the characters. Very funny and cheeky!
