Where to see illuminations from

We had a PS at California Grill on May 9th to see the fireworks but have found out via another thread that there will be no fireworks that Friday. My In laws are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary and really wanted to dine and watch fireworks so....which restaurant in Epcot gives the best view of Illuminations? What time to I make the PS for?

In the past we have made 7:30 PS for the Rose and Crown. When I check in I ask for an outside table. It has always been very nice. I just wish I could have LeCellier food with Rose and Crown view.
