Are there any Guest relations windows at any park that are before the ticket windows? I don't remember if the one in Epcot by the International Gateway is before the turnstiles to get in. I'll be renewing my pass 60 days before it expires which is Jan. 26. I arrive on Jan. 28 so I assume I have to go to a guest relations window outside the park. Or am I wrong and will my magic band work on the 28 and I can just then go an get my new card. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for any help

Every single park has at least one Guest Relations window outside of the gates to my knowledge. I know 100% that there is one outside of the gates at the International Gateway because that's where I bought my Tables in Wonderland card in August.

You'll have to go to Guest Relations outside the park and show proof of Florida residency, they then issue your cards. We did that in May at the GR window outside Epcot and it was very quick and easy. The CM linked our APs to our MDE account by scanning our MBs and we were set to go. Note: our primary residence is outside Florida, we showed an alternate proof of residency for purposes of the pass. I'm so paranoid I have about 3 of the listed things with me, the CM laughed and said one is fine ;)

Go to any Guest Relations or Ticket Window outside any theme park (including outside Epcot's IG,) or water park, or at TTC, or at 2 locations in Disney Springs.

As noted, bring legal photo ID and Florida residency proof.

I'd go to the welcome center in Disney Springs, but settle in for a wait. Good thing there's comfy rocking chairs.

Thanks for all the replies. I knew I could count on DisBoards for my answer. I also bring at least 3 of the things listed, glad to hear I'm not the only one. Last year I went to the Animal Kingdom one inside the parks and they didn't even look at anything I brought.

We just did ours online to avoid any potential hassle. Surer simple, immediate link to account, and already customized and received new magic bands!

I do mine on line, but my id has my Tx. address on it. So I can renew on line but have to go to guest services to pick up a new card. I use my same Magic Band. It's just that this trip comes a few days after my pass expires. It will be renewed on line but don't think my magic band will work until I go to guest services and show the alternate id.
