Where to put Jack Sparrow ?

Having just seen the POC movie for the second time , I have been trying to think how an animatronic Jack Sparrow could be worked into the ride at WDW. I thought of in the jail set with the dog with the keys., But I'm sure that some of you have lots better ideas and I would love to hear them !! What's your idea??

Mmm... make it a tunnel of love and have Jack sitting in the boat with you. DH could go with Elizabeth.

Im going to see it for the fourth time tonight! I think Jack should be movable, so we have to watch for him. One time we see him on the ship blasting the fortress, another he's on the fortress. Sometimes he's in the jail, other times hes in the town.........

However, the real question is if Disney included his likeness for WDW in Johnnie's contract.
