Where to Post Blog launching ?

Hi !
I'm running a blog which compares then 5 Magic Kingdoms of the world and wondered where I could post about it ?
Is it News ? or Community Board ? I don't want to annoy anyone by posting in the wrong section of the site.
Anyway, thanks for helping me out !

In order to have the link to it in your signature you need to have a prominent link on your blog back to the DISboards.

I am not exactly sure what the rule is about posting to announce your blog. I will ask the Webmasters and let you know.

I wanted to double check with the Webmasters just to make sure I was correct before answering this and found out my initial thoughts were right.


You are welcome to have the link in your signature since you added the link back to the DIS on your blog. But you are not able to start a thread announcing your blog, or to actively promote it in any way. If you put enough information in your signature about it, I would guess you will get quite a few checking it out, especially on the Theme Parks board. You will just need to get involved in threads there but as I said, you can not do so just to advertise your blog.

If you look back a the Guideline I posted above this falls under "b"

b) you don't post primarily to promote your site
