Where to pickup sticker for stroller as wheel chair?

Would I go to the same place that the DAS pass are offered to request a stroller as wheel chair sticker? Or ask the resort when we check in?

You request a stroller-as-wheelchair tag at Guest Relations at one of the four major theme parks. As with the DAS it only pertains to theme park use, not resorts or transportation or such. The resorts will not have the tags to give.
