Where to pick up transprtation tickets

I'm going to book a dreams unlimited transfer package for Universal for our trip in June, can any one tell me where to pick up the tickets once we arrive at disney??

This is what I read on their website after doing a Google search.

Documentation Instructions: You will receive an Electronic transfer coupon with this purchase. You must present a valid photo ID with your transfer coupon at the time of pick-up from your hotel.

Sounds like they will e-mail you the coupon. The bus driver will come to the resort to pick you up and you will need to provide your e-mailed coupon to them. They will either have the Universal tickets for you or provide you with a voucher that you would use to exchange for the park tickets.

You should receive all the details when you book the package.
