Where to pick up AP and TIW?

We need to pick up my Husband's AP (it's a renewal) and purchase a TIW. Last time we went to DTD to the Guest Relations by the World of Disney Store (and the bath place I think). I know that DTD is a mess and we are arriving on Dec. 28th so it will be even worse. Is that the only place to do this? I see on the map that there is another Guest relations in Disney's West Side? Does anyone have any experience with that one?

You can do this at any of the GR - the two at DTD or the ones at the entrances of any of the theme parks and water parks. No need to go to DTD just for this.

You can pick them up outside of the parks too. I renewed our AP online in October and picked them up at a ticketing window outside of MK in November. I've done the same for TiW.

Thanks! So, which park would be the easiest for me to get to guest relations (outside, we are not planning on going into the park on that day)? We need the TIW for lunch and dinner. We have planned lunch at Sanaa, so do you think it would be possible to pick up the AP and TIW at Animal Kingdom. I had no idea that this was even possible!

Animal Kingdom Park is so close to AK Lodge, that it would be a great place to pick up the AP and TiW. Guest Relations is on the left (facing the park), at the "tap"stiles.

You Can pickup an AP at water park GR

You cannot pickup a TIW at a waterpark GR.
