Where to Pay My 2021 Package

I think I’ve lost my mind.

So I’m poking around on some things and just dream booking an October trip (I wish), and eventually the rabbit hole led me to wondering what my balance was on my rebooked twice (May to July to March of next year), and... I can’t find it? I’ve looked in the MDE ap (fully updated) and the website (Chrome and Edge). I used to be able to find a button to make a payment, but I cannot find it to save my life.

Is this an effect of the rebook? I’m listed as “21 Return Disney Resort Hotel Package.” Is it too early for me to make payments or something? How would I make payments?

(This has been going on for two days, so I won’t fully rule out Disney IT, but two days?)

To find your balance in the app- scroll to where it shows your reservation, click on my resort, scroll down again and look for the folder icon that says "view charges". That will give you your balance.
I book room only, so I call to make payments, but now that it's automated, it's quick and easy.

If you have a vacation package, you can pay off the balance online or call (407) 939-7675. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. For your convenience, you are able to use the payment method stored in your online account.

It is under the "My Plans section for your actual reservation.

Just wanted to come back and say- no, I was not delusional! I really did not have a pay link. Called Disney, and the CM went back and forth between me and what I assume was IT. Something weird happened to my account and it was showing like a reservation that I would have to call to make a payment. It got reset, so now I’m all good to go!
