Where to pay installments

Booked via wdtc uk and want to pay 50% of my balance off (due march). I logged in and clicked manage my booking but only get the option to pay the total balance. I tried calling wdtc but they are closed early.
Does anyone know if paying installments online is possible?

For non flight inclusive bookings you have to call to pay anything less than the full balance, so you're not missing anything on the website. For some reason it allows online payments of any amount of your choice if your package includes a flight, but not if it doesn't. You'll have to phone them

Ours is flight inclusive but it still only allows full balance. Is there a different way I need to be doing this?

nope, if you want to pay anything less than your full balance, you'll need to call and do it by phone.

Thanks for the info - I've been looking for this option too. Shame they don't have this capability, I've found it really useful with other travel companies - paid of the balance with a smaller amount every month.
