Where to Pay Down Balance on KTTW?

By some pics on this site, you must stay in your vehicle & "drive-thru" at check-in. If we wanted to pay down on the balance on our KTTW card while we were there, where would we do that?

At CR we did it at the front desk. Is there a "front desk" at The Fort?

We just bought a camper last week and might come to The Fort in a couple of years. I'm a planner, & this was just something I was wondering about.

There is a front desk, in the building to the right of the drive through. The drive through is nothing more than an extension of the desk. But, if you wanted to you can pay at the drive through also. The castmembers there can do everything the "inside" front desk can.

There is a building right next to the check-in drive thru. That is where I went to add $$$ to my card. You can also check in in that building if you pull into the lot there.

Thanks for all the help! I figured there had to be a way to talk to somebody without staying in the vehicle...

As for "a couple of years", we are staying closer to home in the beginning & we'll work our way down to WDW. DH wants to take the camper to Myrtle Beach next year, then I'm hoping to be back at WDW in 2013. DH is correct that we can't afford to do WDW every year. We took our first family trip to WDW in 2010, staying at CR CL.

I'll be lurking around here until we get back down there & to The Fort.
